Gandy

In September of 2010, my grandmother Meriam (affectionately nicknamed "Gandy") was diagnosed with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, a.k.a. PSP. PSP is a degenerative brain and physical illness that slowly changed this vibrant, energetic woman into a shell of the woman she once was. These photos provide a glimpse into her battle with this devastating illness.
